1 Who We Are
TMA Enviromap is operated by Tim Moya Tree Services Ltd trading as TMA Environmental Consultants, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 03028475), with registered offices at 2 The Stables, Cannons Mill Lane, Bishop's Stortford, CM23 2HJ.
For the purposes of UK GDPR, TMA Environmental Consultants acts as the Data Processor. Your organisation (the Client) is the Data Controller for the personal data of its users.
2 What Data We Collect
When you are granted access to TMA Enviromap, we collect and store only the following personal data:

We do not collect passwords, browsing data, usage analytics, location data, or any other personal information.
3 How We Use Your Data
Your email address and display name are used solely to match you to your assigned access role and grant you entry to the relevant map data within the platform. Your data is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond access control.
4 Authentication
Sign-in is handled entirely via Microsoft's identity platform (Microsoft Entra ID). TMA Environmental Consultants does not store or process your Microsoft password. Authentication is managed by Microsoft in accordance with their own privacy policies and security standards.
5 Where Your Data Is Stored
All personal data processed in connection with TMA Enviromap is stored within Microsoft Azure's UK data centre infrastructure. Microsoft Azure is certified to ISO 27001 and is fully compliant with UK GDPR. No personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.
6 Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained only for the duration of your organisation's active contract with TMA Environmental Consultants for Enviromap services. Upon termination or expiry of the contract, all personal data will be securely deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.
7 Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. As your organisation is the Data Controller, requests should be directed to your organisation's data protection contact in the first instance. TMA Environmental Consultants will cooperate fully with any such requests.
